## Flow

1. Pick a mode: Two photos (default) or One photo of both (?mode=duo / ?mode=together).
2. Add photo(s). Two-photo mode shows Photo A and Photo B slots with role hints and a swap button.
3. Generate. Two-photo mode runs two AI steps (place in scene, then animate); one-photo mode runs the animation step directly.
4. Download or share the ~24 s vertical MP4. The file is silent — add the Smalltown Boy sound when posting.

## Reliability

- Runs persist locally and resume after reload — the completed scene step is not re-charged.
- If the animate request is lost mid-flight, the studio adopts the existing task instead of double-charging.
- Failed steps refund their credits automatically.
- History lists your finished videos.
